Does Keller work today, or is it just an idea?+

It works. The cellar system is used in production at Wine-Al (Durrës), with around 10 active users. The marketplace is a future phase and is not yet available.

How long does onboarding take?+

For a mid-sized winery, 2–4 weeks: setup, data import, and team training.

Is my data stored securely?+

Yes. The platform runs on Microsoft Azure and respects all licensing and security requirements. Your data belongs to your winery – always.

Is it only for wine?+

No. Keller covers raki, cognac, must – and the architecture extends to other sectors like olive oil and dairy.

What will the marketplace commission be?+

The planned commission is 10–12% per transaction, with no hidden fees or listing costs.

Can it integrate with my existing systems?+

Yes – accounting, ERP, POS. Enterprise plans include custom integrations.
